The RX63N Group is built around the RX core and comes equipped with an Ethernet 10/100 MAC with DMA. The RX63N Group also includes 2 channels of USB 2.0 Full-Speed (Host, Function and OTG), 3 channels of CAN interface, 4 I2C, 13 SCI, 3 SPI, and an external bus. There are many new analog features such as 21 channels of 12-bit A/D plus 8 channels of 10-bit A/D making up to 29 A/D channels available. The RX63N Group has only 2.5uA standby power and includes an enhanced RTC with separate Vbat pin and built-in anti-tamper detection.
